摘要
利用ADAMS对一种新型磨腔内部磨介主动研磨的立式振动磨机进行动力学仿真,分析其碰撞力、磨介运动轨迹和动能及动能占比、弹簧受力等参数,并与一种传统型立式振动磨机进行性能对比。结果表明,新型立式振动磨机更有利于物料研磨,弹簧受力和节能性更好。
The dynamics simulation analysis on a new kind of vertical vibration mill whose grinding medium grinds actively inside the chamber were carried out by using ADAMS, and a series of parameters were analyzed, such as impact force, spring force, as well as trajectory, kinetic energy and energy proportion of grinding media. Compared with the properties of a traditional vettical vibration mill, the vertical vibration mill whose grinding media grinds actively inside the chamber was more conducive to grind materials and had a better performance of the spring force and energy saving.
