立式振动磨空气弹簧静刚度有限元分析

摘要 在分析空气弹簧各种非线性因素的基础上,根据立式振动磨机实际工况,建立空气弹簧有限元模型。仿真计算得到不同内压条件下垂向和横向刚度曲线,与试验结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性,并进一步讨论了空气弹簧帘布层对其垂向特性的影响。为设计振动磨机提供了依据,并为进一步研究基于虚拟样机技术的立式振动磨机多体动力学模型提供了重要的力学参数。 The finite element model of air spring is built based on the analysis of nonlinear factors of air spring and the actual working conditions of a vertical vibration mill. The vertical and lateral stiffness curves are obtained under different inside pressure conditions with simulation. The preciseness of model is verified with the results of experiment and simulation, and the influence of the cord fabric on vertical characteristics of the air spring is further discussed. Thus the foundation is presented for the design of a vibrating mill, and the mechanics parameters provide a reference for the further study of the multi-body dynamic model for vertical vibrating mills based on virtual prototype technique.
