摘要
针对振动磨机研究开发方面存在两种不同的认识,依据振动磨机离散磨介群动力学基本方程式对两种极端情况,即仅考虑正向挤压和仅考虑侧向剪切的磨机运行状况进行了推导。在此基础上,应用MATLAB软件在给定基本参数条件下进行数值计算和分析,其结论对实际磨机的研究与开发具有一定的指导意义。
There are two different recognitions with regard to the vibration milling process. On this basis, according to the fundamental dynamic equations of disperse milling medium group, the characteristics of vibration mill movement were analysed under the two extreme conditions, just considering either frontal impacting or lateral cutting. Numerial calculations were accomplished under the condition of given parameters by using software MATLAB. The given conclusion is of important instructional value for design and application of vibration mills.
