摘要 选用牛粪基活性炭进行负载,使用超声波协同浸渍负载铁,得到一种简单快速且成本较低的载铁活性炭制备方法。实验表明,在牛粪活性炭与铁盐在质量比1∶2,30℃下使用超声波浸渍40min为最佳的负载方法。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD),红外光谱法(IR)对优方案的载铁活性炭进行表征,发现含铁化合物均匀的分布在活性炭孔道中,无固定晶型。其中的含铁基团对磷的吸附起了重要作用。根据载铁活性炭吸附研究,所得的载铁活性炭对浓度为25mg/L的模拟含磷溶液去除率最高达96%以上。能较好的符合Freundlich热力学方程与拟二级动力学方程(R2>0.97),得到的最大吸附浓度达到19.723mg/g,吸附开始2min去除率即可达70%。 Using manure-based activated carbon to load with iron during ultrasonic synergistic dipping, can obtain a fast and economic method of prepare activated carbon load with iron . Experiments showed that the optimal iron-load activated carbon was obtained with cow clung charcoal and iron salts in the mass ratio of 1 : 2, ultrasonic dipping at 30 ℃ for 40min. The properties of the optimal activated carbon loaded with iron were detected with scanning electron microscope ( SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Infrared Radiation (IR). It was showed that iron-containing compounds evenly distributed in the pores of the activated carbon, and no fixed crystal exist in the activated carbon. Group iron plays an important role in the removal process of phosphate. Process of iron-loaded activated carbon adsorbing phosphorus was studied. Iron-loaded activated carbon can achieve more than 96% removal efficiency of phosphorus when the concentration of phosphorus solution was 25mg/L. The experiment data fitted well with Freundlich isotherm and Pseudo-second-order kinetic model (R2 〉 0. 97 ). The maximum adsorption concentration was 19. 723mg/g. Up to 70% of phosphorus could be removed in a two minutes.
