摘要
为了降解废水中偶氮染料甲基橙,通过离子交换法在废弃树脂上负载铁制备出一种具有较高催化活性的催化剂,并利用该催化剂催化过硫酸盐降解甲基橙废水,同时考察了不同操作条件对甲基橙降解效果的影响。实验结果表明,甲基橙的脱色率随催化剂和过硫酸盐投加量的升高而升高,但是随着染料初始浓度的升高而降低,随初始pH的升高先升高而后降低。为了考察该催化剂稳定性,经5次连续循环使用后,发现甲基橙脱色率仍然可保持在86%以上,说明该催化剂具有良好的循环使用性能。
In order to degrade the azo dye methyl orange in aqueous solution,an Fe supported resin( Fe/R),a catalyst with a high catalytic activity,was prepared with the ion exchange method and used to catalyze persulfate.In addition,the effects of different operation conditions on the degradation of methyl orange were investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the decolorization rate of methyl orange increased as the amount of catalyst and the persulfate concentration increased,but the rate decreased with an increase in the initial methyl orange concentration. However,the decolorization rate of methyl orange firstly increased and then decreased with increasing initial pH. In order to investigate the stability of the Fe/R catalyst,Fe/R was used to catalyze persulfate for the degradation of methyl orange for five consecutive cycles and the results showed that the methyl orange removal rate was higher than 86% each time,which illustrated the excellent cycling performance of Fe/R.
