颗粒活性炭对磺胺类抗生素的单一和共吸附 被引量:2

SINGLE AND CO-ADSORPTION OF SULFONAMIDE ANTIBIOTICS ON GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON

摘要 以颗粒活性炭(GAC)为吸附剂,采用间歇吸附实验研究了GAC对磺胺类抗生素的吸附特征。探究了磺胺吡啶(SPD)、磺胺噻唑(STZ)在GAC上单一吸附和SPD、STZ、磺胺嘧啶(SD)在GAC上共吸附的动力学特性。并研究了反应温度、pH值和溶液初始浓度对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:在单一吸附体系中,GAC对SPD和STZ的吸附过程符合拟一级动力学模型。结合颗粒内扩散方程拟合结果分析,GAC吸附SPD和STZ速率由表面吸附和颗粒内扩散共同控制。在共吸附体系中,GAC对SPD和STZ的吸附过程同样符合拟一级动力学模型,但由于竞争物质在GAC表面形成空间位阻,在共吸附体系中,SPD和STZ的吸附量均低于单一吸附体系。Langmuir吸附等温模型可以很好地描述SPD在GAC上的吸附行为,而STZ的数据更符合Freundlich等温吸附模型。SPD和STZ吸附量随着pH值的变化而变化,其中SPD吸附量的变化受π-πEDA相互作用和静电排斥作用两者共同作用,而STZ吸附量的变化主要受静电作用的影响。 In the present work,we compared single and co-adsorption of sulfonamide antibiotics onto granular activated carbon(GAC)by batch adsorption experiments.The kinetic characteristics of the single adsorption of sulfapyridine(SPD)and sulfathiazole(STZ)on GAC and the co-adsorption of SPD,STZ and sulfadiazine(SD)on GAC were investigated.The effects of the reaction temperature,pH and initial solution concentration on the adsorption process were also investigated.The results showed that the adsorption processes of GAC on SPD and STZ in a single adsorption system were in accordance with the proposed first-order kinetic model.Combined with the analysis of the fitting results of the intraparticle diffusion equation,the sorption rates of SPD and STZ were controlled by both surface adsorption and intraparticle diffusion.In the co-adsorption system,the adsorption processes of GAC on SPD and STZ were also consistent with the proposed first-order kinetic model.In the co-adsorption system,the sorption capacity of both SPD and STZ were lower than those in the single adsorption system indicated that the spatial site resistance formed by the competing substances on the surface of GAC.The Langmuir model provided a good description of the experimental isotherm for SPD,whereas STZ isotherm rather follows the Freundlich model.The amount of SPD and STZ adsorption varied with pH,where the change of SPD adsorption was affected by bothπ-πEDA interaction and electrostatic repulsion,while the change of STZ adsorption was mainly influenced by electrostatic interaction.
