摘要
信息时代,每个人在使用网络时候都会产生大量的数据,大数据就应运而生。大数据不仅改变了人们的生活方式,也改变了人们的思维方式,如相关关系、全样本分析、允许存在误差等。高校辅导员面对"95后"个性鲜明的大学生,需要更新认知模式,运用大数据思维模式,为大学生提供极具针对性的精细化服务,才能满足大学生成长成才的现实需求。
In the era of information,large quantity of data is generated when everyone surfs the Internet,so big data comes true. Big data has not only changed our lifestyle,but also changed our ways of thinking,such as correlation,analysis of the whole samples,allowed error,etc. When facing the young students of the generation after 95,college counselors need to update their cognitive and thinking models,only in this way will they adapt to the new characteristics of the times and satisfy the realistic needs of students＇ growth.
