摘要
目的评价追踪方法学在高职护理教学质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取130名高职护理教师为对照组,126名高职护理教师为观察组,对照组采用传统教学质量管理方法进行教学检查,观察组在教学质量管理中引入追踪方法学,包括组建教学师资、制订教学计划、设置教学内容及实施教学方案。教学结束后,比较两组高职护理教师教学资料的规范性及完整性、课堂教学质量与高职护生对教师教学的满意度。结果两组高职护理教师教学资料的规范性及完整性、课堂教学质量,以及高职护生对教师教学的满意度有显著差异,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高职护理教学质量管理中引入追踪方法学,能提高教师的教学质量,促使其教学资料更加规范、完整,有利于改进教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effects of tracking methodology in the quality management of higher vocational nursing teaching. Method Totally, 130 higher vocational nursing teachers were selected as the control group and 126 teachers were selected as the experimental group. The control group was used the traditional teaching quality management method to do the teaching check, the teaching quality management of the experienced group was using tracking method which including group the teachers, making teaching plan, setting up teaching content and implementing teaching plan. After the teaching, the two groups of higher vocational teachers by their information normative and integrity, class teaching quality and satisfy degrees of their students was compared. Results There was a significiant difference in the teaching information normative and integrity, class teaching quality and satisfy degrees of their students in the two groups, and the experimental group was higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion By considering of the nursing teaching quality manage- ment, the introduction of tracking method can improve the teaching quality and make their teaching materials more standardized and completed,it is also better for improving the teaching quality.
