摘要
目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在小细胞肺癌(SCLC)中的表达及其与恶性程度相关性。方法收集40例SCLC患者术后癌组织和癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化法检测VEGF蛋白的表达,并采用Spearman等级相关分析VEGF蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 VEGF蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。VEGF蛋白表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF蛋白阳性表达提示SCLC的恶性程度高。
Objective To research the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in small cell lung cancer（SCLC） and its correlation with the degree of malignancy.Methods 40 cases of patients with SCLC were collected after operation of carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues specimens.VEGF protein in tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between VEGF protein expression and clinicopathological features were analyzed by spearman rank correlation.Results The positive rate of VEGF protein expression in lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues（P〈0.05）.The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The positive expression of VEGF protein suggests that the malignant degree of SCLC is high.
