摘要
采用双辊铸轧工艺制备出厚度为2 mm的纯铝和奥氏体钢复合带材。采用电子探针对制备带材结合层进行测量,得到其结合层厚度为2μm。为了验证采用双辊铸造技术制备层压复合板的成形性,对制备得到的样件进行了压下量为66%的冷轧。同时,在300℃下进行了不同压下量热轧实验,并对轧制后的材料力学性能、微观结构和表面质量进行分析。结果表明,采用双辊铸轧工艺及相应的后处理可以制备得到力学性能和成形性能令人满意的双金属复合带材。
Composite clad strips of pure aluminum and austenitic steel with a thickness of 2.0 mm were prepared by twin-roll casting-rolling process. Electron probe measurements of the bonding area revealed the presence of a continuous interface layer of about 2 μm. To verify the formability of the clad strips, the prepared samples were cold rolled with 66%strain. Furthermore, the prepared samples were hot rolled at 300 ℃ with different strain values. The results show that the aluminum-steel clad strips with good mechanical properties and surface quality can were prepared using twin-roll casting-rolling process.
