摘要
用金属粉末-板带复合轧制法(Plating Powder and Rolling method)制备双金属复合薄板是昆明理工大学研究开发的一项新技术.本文在实验研究的基础上,提出了分析用PPR法复合轧制双金属复合带材时轧制压力的力学模型,考虑了摩擦力在轧件与上下轧辊之间的区别,在此基础上导出了计算单位轧制压力的微分方程.
The bimetal composite thin plate prepared by means of Powders Plating and Rolling method, abbre- viated as PPR method, is a new technology exploited and studied by Kunming University of Science and Technology. Based on the experiments, the mechanical model has been given for analyzing of the rolling-force for preparing the bimetal band by PPR method. The friction that is different between roll-sample and roller are considered. The differential equation for calculating the unit rolling-force is educed.
