摘要
金属粉末 -板带复合轧制法 (PlatingPowderandRollingmethod)制备表面精饰复合金属板带是昆明理工大学研究开发的一项新技术 ,本文在大量实验研究的基础上 ,对用PPR法轧制复合金属板带的塑性变形理论进行了研究和探讨 ,提出了分析用PPR法轧制复合金属板带的变形区特征参数、摩擦系统等的理论、计算公式和计算方法。
The plating powder and rolling method which is used to make the decorated face composite metal band is a new technology explored by Kunming University of Science and Technology.Based on a lot of experiments,the theory of plastic deformation has been studied.The theory analysis method for the deformation area's characteristic parameters and friction coefficient of composite metal band made by PPR have been put forward,the calculational formulas and methods have been given.
