摘要
通过双脉冲实验对车用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)模块及其驱动电路进行实验研究,实验中主要观察了IGBT模块在开通和关断过程中的关键特性,包括开关损耗、有源箝位功能、续流二极管的安全性及母排杂散电感等。同时结合实验曲线对IGBT。的开关过程进行了详细介绍。
Experimental research is conducted on automotive insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module and its driving circuit through double-pulse experiment.In this experiment,key switching characteristics are mainly observed, including switching power loss, active-clamping function, the safety of freewheeling diode and the stray inductance of the plane bus.The switching process of IGBT module is also introduced based on experimental curves.
