摘要
ZVS移相全桥变换器运行时超前桥臂和滞后桥臂开关管损耗明显不同,使得大功率变换器散热器设计困难,且影响了变换器的可靠运行。本文在分析ZVS移相全桥变换器超前桥臂和滞后桥臂开关管损耗基础上,提出一种等损耗PWM控制策略,使超前桥臂和滞后桥臂开关管达到等损耗运行的效果。最后将该控制策略成功地应用于一台大功率电镀电源,验证了其可行性。
The ZVS phase-shift full bridge (PSFB) topology has an evident drawback that the losses of lag switches are evident different from the lead ones. This makes it difficult to design the radiators, and the differences also influence the reliability of the converter. After the analysis of the losses of the lead legs and lag legs, a new PWM strategy is put forward in this paper. The main idea is to make everyone of four switches work under leading and lagging condition alternately. Thus it realizes equal losses of four switches. Eventually, the converter realizes to work under equal losses condition. The PWM strategy proposed is applied on a high power electroplate power successfully, and its effect is validated.
