摘要
目的探讨骨科大手术下肢深静脉血栓的预防以及护理。方法将40例骨科大手术患者随机分为两组,对对照组的骨科大手术患者给予常规的护理,对观察组骨科大手术患者给予系统性的预防护理措施以及优质护理服务理念指导下的护理措施。结果观察组患者在带有预防措施的护理下可有效预防骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。结论对骨科大手术患者实施带有预防措施的护理服务,有利于下肢静脉血栓的预防,因此,可以运用到骨科大手术患者的护理当中。
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing care of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the orthopedics department. Methods 40 cases of patients of operation in orthopedics department were randomly divided into two groups, given routine nursing in orthopedics department surgery patients in the control group, the preventive nursing care of patients in the observation group were given systemic orthopedics department operation and nursing guidance under the concept of high quality nursing service. Results The patients in the observation group can effectively prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after major surgery in department of orthopedics with preventive measures. Conclusion The implementation of preventive measures of nursing services for patients with major surgery in the department of orthopedics, is conducive to the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis, therefore, can be applied to the department of orthopedics in patients with major surgery nursing.
