摘要
目的对骨科大手术后深静脉血栓形成的观察、预防以及相关护理措施进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取2009年1月～2011年12月本院收治的行骨科大手术患者86例作为研究对象,将其分成对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和相应的护理干预措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组深静脉血栓的发生率显著低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理护理干预措施能够有效降低骨科大的手术患者静脉血栓的发生率,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the prevention and related care measures of the deep vein thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery.Methods Eighty six patients with major orthopedic surgery from January 2009 December to 2011 in our hospital were selected as research subjects,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups were given routine care and appropriate care interventions respectively,care effect of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion Reasonable care interventions on patients with major orthopedic surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
