摘要
目的探讨护理干预在预防下肢骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Vein Thrombosis DVT)的应用效果以及临床价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月该院骨科收治的68例下肢骨折术后患者,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组34例给予下肢骨折围手术期的常规护理措施,观察组34例在常规护理的基础上采取护理干预。统计两组相关指标,比较两组下肢骨折术后患者深静血栓发生率以及血凝指标。结果观察组患者34例患者深静脉血栓发生率2.94%明显少于对照组17.65%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.640,P=0.005)。观察组34例患者满意度94.12%显著优于对照组76.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.867,P=0.003)。结论通过对下肢骨折术后应用预防护理干预,可有效降低患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率,预防并发症,进而提高了患者的护理满意度,具有推广和临床应用价值。
Objective To study the application effect and clinical value of nursing intervention in preventing the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity fraeture. Methods 68 cases of patients after the lower extremity fraeture admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing measures, while the observation group used the nursing in- tervention on the basis of the routine nursing, and the related indexes of the two groups were counted, and the inci- dence rate of deep venous thrombosis and hemagglutination index were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity fracture in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （2.94% vs 17.65%）, and the difference was statistically significant （t=5.640, P=0.005）, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group （94.12% vs 76.47% ,the difference was statistically signfeant（χ2=5.867, P=0.003）. Conclusion The application of preventive nursing intervention after the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity fracture can effectively reduce the incidence rate and prevent the complications thus improving the nursing satisfaetory degree, and it is of promotion and clinical application value.
