摘要
目的分析强迫症和伴强迫症精神分裂症的临状特征。方法选取我院门诊收治的50例强迫症患者和50例伴强迫症状精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用简明精神病量表(BPRS)和耶鲁布朗强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)对两组患者进行评估。结果两组患者Y-BOCS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),BPRS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强迫症和伴强迫症状精神分裂症患者,在临床特征方面具有比较差异有统计学意义,诊断时可以此作为判断依据。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of obsessivecompulsive disorder and schizophrenia with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods 50 cases of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder in our hospital and 50 cases with obsessive-compulsive symptoms of schizophrenia patients as the research object, with the brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS） and yale brown obsessive compulsive scale（Y-BOCS） assessment of two groups of patients. Results There was no difference in Y-BOCS scores between the two groups（P〉0.05）. There was a significant difference in BPRS scores（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical features of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and schizophrenia with obsessive compulsive symptoms have obvious differences, which can be used as the basis for the diagnosis.
