摘要
目的 探讨双侧多靶点立体定向手术对强迫症患者 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)代谢的影响。方法 双侧多靶点立体定向手术治疗强迫症患者 ,荧光分光光度法检测脑脊液 (CSF)中 5 HT及其代谢产物 5 羟基吲哚乙酸 (5 HIAA)。结果 强迫症患者CSF中 5 HT和 5 HIAA水平显著高于对照组 ,接受双侧多靶点立体定向手术治疗的患者 ,其CSF中 5 HT和 5 HIAA水平显著下降。结论 双侧多靶点立体定向手术可以有效纠正强迫症患者 5
Objective To explore the effect of diplo sideway and multi target stereotactic technique on 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT) in patients with compulsion.Methods Patients with compulsion were treated with diplo sideway and multi target stereotactic technique.CSF levels of 5 HT and 5 hydroxy indole acetic acid (5 HIAA) were detected with fluorospectrophotometry.Results CSF levels of 5 HT and 5 HIAA were significantly higher in patients with compulsion than in normal control group.5 HT and 5 HIAA were significantly lower after operation than before.Conclusions Diplo sideway and multi target stereotactic technique may redress the 5 HT metabolism disorder in patients with compulsion.
