摘要
结合船舶推进轴系特点,提出一种能模拟由于螺旋桨振颤而引起电机与减速箱偏离原轴线的方案,针对其电液伺服系统建立动态特性方程,并在Matlab软件环境下进行仿真分析。同时,对某些没有达到系统性能指标的情况采用PID校正进行系统性能改善。对比校正前后系统性能,结果表明:校正之后的系统动态性能得到了显著的提高,为下一步搭建轴系试验台提供了研究基础。
Considering the characteristics of the ship propeller shaft, the paper puts forward a proposal for simulating the motor and reducer deviating from original axis due to the shaking of the propeller. A dynamic characteristic equation is buih for the electro-hydraulic servo system, and the simulation analysis is performed in the Maflab software. Meantime, PID correction is adopted for improving the performance of cases failing to reach the system performance requirements. Through comparing the system performances before and after system correction, it's concluded that the dynamic performance of the corrected system is significantly improved, providing basis for further erection of the shaft test bed.
