摘要
以不同菜瓜为试验材料,采用室内苗期活体接种和离体叶片接种2种方法,研究42份菜瓜材料对蔓枯病的抗性,分析离体叶片菌丝块接种的菌丝侵染扩展半径(lesion radius)与苗期活体接种发病情况相关性,比较不同菜瓜对蔓枯病抗性的差异,筛选优质的抗蔓枯病菜瓜资源。结果表明,离体叶片菌丝块接种的菌丝侵染扩展半径与苗期活体接种平均病情级别数的相关性达到0.906(P≤0.05),同时筛选出10份对蔓枯病具有中等抗性的菜瓜材料。
Taking 42 different varieties of oriental pickling melons as materials, using the spray inoculation method at seedling stage and detached leaf inoculation, the resistance to Didymella bryoniae of the oriental pickling melons were studied. The results showed that 10 acceesions were moderate resistant and no one immune. In addition, significant positive correlations were observed between the lesion radii of detached leaf assay and the results by spray inoculation at seedling stage.
