摘要
采用超声波提取山竹壳色素,并用提取液对羊毛进行染色。讨论了山竹壳色素在不同条件下的稳定性及染色pH值、温度、时间、色素和亚铁离子用量对染色羊毛表观色深的影响。测试了经不同条件处理后提取液的吸收光谱曲线,提取液对羊毛染色后的表观色深和颜色特征值及水洗牢度。研究结果表明:提取液在较高温度和较长时间的作用下会发生一定的增色效应;羊毛染色的最佳工艺条件为:pH值7,温度95℃,时间60 min,硫酸亚铁质量浓度1 g/L;加入亚铁离子作为媒染剂可以提高染色的深度,但色相会发生一定的改变。
Aqueous extract pericarp of garcinia was prepared by sonicator,and used for dyeing wool yarn. The stability of mangosteen shell pigment under different conditions and dyeing pH value,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,dosage of pigment and ferrous ions influence on dyeing wool apparent color depth was discussed. The absorption spectrum curve of the extract after treatment with different conditions was tested. Besides,apparent color depth value,color characteristic value and washing fastness of dyeed wool were also tested. The results showed that the extract at higher temperature and longer time will occur certain hyperchromic effect; the optimal dyeing process was: pH value 7,dyeing at 95 ℃ for 60 min,FeSO_41 g / L. The addation of FeSO_4 as mordant can improve the dyeing depth,but the hue will have a certain change.
