山竹壳提取液对锦纶染色和抗紫外整理 被引量:11

摘要 采用山竹壳提取液对锦纶进行染色,并用稀土做媒染剂。研究染色温度、时间、p H值、稀土质量浓度和提取液用量对锦纶染色K/S值和抗紫外性能的影响。测定染色锦纶的紫外线防护系数UPF、紫外线透过率,以及染色锦纶的色牢度。研究结果表明,稀土对山竹壳色素染色锦纶的色光影响不大,但可提高染色织物的牢度,适宜的染色p H值为4~5,温度为100℃,时间为1 h;用山竹壳提取液10 m L染色2 g锦纶的色牢度达到服用要求,染色锦纶织物的抗紫外性能极佳,UPF达到100以上。 The liquid extracted form mangosteen shell is applied to dye polyamide fabrics,and rare earth is used as the mordant. The effects of dosage of liquid extracted,dyeing temperature,p H value,dyeing time,and mass concentration of rare earth on K / S value and anti-ultravoliet performance of polyamide fabric dyeing are investigated.The color fastness,UPF,T_(UVA)of dyed polyamide fabrics are also tested. The results show that rare earth has little effects on color of polyamide fabrics dyed by mangosteen shell pigment,but the color fastness of dyed fabrics can improve; the optimal dyeing conditions are as follows: p H 4 ~ 5,temperature 100 ℃,time 1 h. The color fastness of2 g polyamide fabrics dyed with 10 m L liquid extracted from mangostana shell reaches the requirements,and antiultraviolet property of dyed polyamide fabrics is excellent,UPF exceeds 100.
