摘要
我院将微型临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)引入助产士规范化培训考核及教学,发展并形成助产版微型临床演练评估(Midwifery Mini-CEX),作为一种基于胜任力的客观的测评工具,科学全面地评价助产士临床实践综合能力。这既符合现代助产专业对助产士综合能力的培养及考核要求,又能在实施过程中促进教学相长,为进一步探索适合助产临床实践的教学过程与教学评价提供新的思路与模式。
We applied Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise（Mini-CEX） into midwifery training and teaching program. Midwifery Mini-CEX is created as an objective evaluation tool based on competency diversification. It could comprehensively evaluate midwives＇ ability for clinical practice and is congruent with modern midwifery professional ability requirements. During the implementation process, it could also benefit both teaching and learning, and provide a new idea and model to further explore a suitable teaching and evaluation method for midwifery clinical practice.
