摘要
某百万机组电厂降负荷时,频繁发生火检系统熄火导致磨煤机跳闸现象。针对这一现象,本文从锅炉燃烧特性和火焰检测特性出发,结合电厂实际运行情况,对该类故障现象展开了详细分析探讨,确认了故障产生的主要原因。通过对火检系统的套管改造,结合燃烧系统调整和控制逻辑优化,从根本上排除了安全隐患。
When the million units descending load,the fire detection system occur flameout frequently which causing mill tripping. In this article, failure phenomenon of this kind is analyzed discussed in detail from the boiler combustion characteristics and flame detection feature, combined with the actual operation of the plant. The main reason for failures is confirmed. Through casing transformation of fire detection system, combined combustion system adjusting and control logic optimization,security risks are excluded from the fundamental.
