摘要 通过滤波方法对电站锅炉传统的火检信号进行了燃烧扰动分析,从中提取除反映火焰有/无之外,更多反映燃烧特征的信息.对某600 MW机组24支煤火检和16支油火检输出信号进行了滤波分析,结果表明:单火检燃烧强度与本层燃烧器燃料量信号中频带存在明显的相关性,且火检平均强度信号与总燃料量信号中频带也存在明显的相关性.经过滤波后的火检信号能够快速反映锅炉燃烧状态的变化,并验证了利用CCD摄像机获取火焰信息的可行性.说明火检信号可用于控制系统前馈及燃烧故障的诊断. The combustion disturbance analysis of power plant boiler flame detection signal was carried out by the filtering method.More information reflecting combustion characteristics were extracted except for reflecting the flame on and off.Through the filtering analysis of 24 coal flame detectors and 16 oil flame detectors output signals of a 600 MW coal-fired unit were analyzed through the filtering.Rusults show that obvious correlation exists between not only the intermediate frequency signal of single flame detector combustion intensity and the intermediate frequency signal of the layer fuel(amount,) but also the intermediate frequency signal of the flame detector average combustion intensity and the intermediate frequency signal of total fuel amount.Through the filtering,the flame detection signal can reflect the boiler combustion state quickly,and analysis results based on the flame information obtained by the CCD camera has been verified.The flame detection signal can be used for feed-forward control system and combustion fault diagnosis.
