摘要
锅炉燃烧状态是电厂各项状态评估的重要组成部分,对其进行诊断具有重要的现实意义。通过对现场历史运行数据进行相关性分析,搜寻了与锅炉燃烧状态相关性强的状态参数,如火检强度、炉膛压力、总风量等,并从中提取特征量。利用状态参数和各自的特征信息建立了基于状态参数的多级模糊综合评判模型以诊断燃烧状态,在模型建立的过程中,为了减少主观因素对评判结果的影响,使评判结果更加客观有效,引入CRITIC法计算权重。以某660MW燃煤机组为例,进行了基于状态参数的锅炉燃烧状态模糊综合评判的研究。结果表明:该方法能够对锅炉燃烧状态进行客观有效的判别。
The combustion state of the boiler is an important part of the state assessment of the power plant,and its diagnosis has important practical significance.Through correlation analysis of on-site historical operating data,we searched for state parameters that are strongly related to the combustion state of the boiler,such as flame detection intensity,furnace pressure,total air volume,etc.,and extracted characteristic quantities from them.A multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on state parameters was established using state parameters and their respective characteristic information to diagnose the combustion state.In the process of model establishment,in order to reduce the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results,the CRITIC method was introduced to calculate the weight so as to make the evaluation results more objective and effective.Taking a 660MW coal-fired unit as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the boiler combustion state based on state parameters was carried out.The results show that the method can objectively and effectively assess the combustion state of the boiler.
