摘要
通过对某电厂1 000 MW机组低负荷运行时一起锅炉灭火事件的过程分析,指出炉膛塌焦、燃烧器磨损、火检抗干扰能力差等几方面因素是引起锅炉灭火的原因,从运行措施、设备维护、火检管理上采取了防止再次发生锅炉灭火的对策,取得了比较好的效果,对同类型锅炉安全稳定运行有借鉴意义。
By analysing the flameout process of a 1000 MW boiler with low load in a power plant,it has been determined that the flameout causes are due to the collapse of furnace coke,burner wear,poor anti-interference of the fire detection,ect.Therefore,effective countermeasures are to be taken,including the operation measures,equipment maintenace,and the fire detection management,with a view to providing reference to the safe and stable operation of the similar boilers.
