摘要
为满足滤棒成型自动化物流生产线的需求,采用伺服精密驱动控制技术对HCF80装盒机控制系统进行了改进。改进后滤棒装盒控制系统主要由主控制器(含人机界面)、上料、整理、装填、推送、空盒传送、实盒传送和待检推移等子系统组成,主控制器及各子系统的控制单元通过串行通信总线相连接,形成一个网络控制系统。工作中通过主控制器协调控制装盒机的各个子系统,各子系统再分别控制对应的机械功能件联动,实现滤棒整理装盒动作的精准控制。结果表明:改进后滤棒装盒效率达98%,无需人工辅助整理装盒,实现了滤棒装盒机的高效全自动运行;滤棒装支精度达(4 000±5)支/盒,优于行业生产标准。
For the purposes of automatic filter rod logistic system, the control system of HCF80 filter rod case filling machine was improved by adopting precise servo drive control technology. The improved control system was mainly composed of a master controller (including man-machine interface) and slave controllers responsible for filter rod loading, collating, filling, pushing, empty case transferring, filled case transferring and moving aside for inspection, respectively. The control units of the master and slave controllers were serially connected through a communication bus to form a network control system. Via the coordination of the master controller, slave controllers controlled the corresponding mechanical assemblies separately to realize harmonious filter rod collating and case filling action. The results showed that filter rod case filling efficiency reached 98% dispensing with manual assistance, the case filling machine ran efficiently and fully automatically, the number of filter rod per case ranged between 4 000±5 rods, better than that defined by industrial production standards.
