摘要
为实现对KDF4成型机的生产全过程质量追溯,进而提升企业精益质量管理水平,研制了一种卷烟滤嘴棒在线印刷标识的压印装置,满足了滤棒质量追溯的需求,并为其他类似设备改造提供了一种思路。
In order to trace the quality of KDF4 molding machine filter material during the whole production process,and further improve the level of enterprise Lean quality management,an online printing and marking device for the cigarette filter rod is developed,which satisfies the requirement of quality traceability,and serves as a theoretical foundation for modification of other similar equipment.
