摘要
主要结合自身实际工作,在充分调查了解甘肃苹果企业的生产、加工、运输、销售情况以及食品质量安全的监控追溯问题后,建立了条码对苹果追溯码的编码及全程追溯系统来解决质量安全追溯问题,并结合现有国内外条码应用技术研究成果,运用条码自动识别技术对其在食品安全追溯中的使用进行系统设计、编码和追溯,结论如下:建立符合甘肃特色农产品苹果的条码编码。对苹果种植、加工、包装、仓储、运输环节的每一个参与对象都编制了唯一的条码,一旦产品出现了问题,通过该条码就能查找具体的问题源头。研究结果表明,根据静宁苹果的种植生产流程,选择EAN-13码和CODE128码可以完整地表示出苹果质量追溯的信息,在同样长度的条码中可容纳信息密度高,因此,选择EAN-13码和CODE128码是符合该产品特性的条码编码。
This article in the actual investigation of production enterprises,combining the research widely referring to the domestic and foreign application of barcode technology,automatic identification technology for its role in food safety traceability of the bar code,system design,coding and back,the conclusion of the study are as following:a bar code coding in accordance with Gansu characteristic agricultural product characteristics.The results show that,according to the Gansu characteristic agricultural product production process,select the EAN-13 code and CODE128 code can be completely expressed information of Gansu characteristic agricultural product quality traceability,in the same length of the bar can accommodate high information density,so the choice of EAN-13 code and CODE128 can is the code in line with the product characteristics.
