摘要
随着现代物流的崛起,自动化立体仓库以其存储速度快、自动化程度高等优势,迅速在多个领域中得到了应用,尤其在烟草企业得到了大力推广。以龙岩烟草工业有限责任公司为研究对象,借助文献法、数据分析法深度研究滤棒库自动化立体仓储控制系统的设计与实现情况,并进行了效果检验。从最终的运行效果来看,所设计的滤棒库自动化立体仓储控制系统的执行能力为125.2 PL/H。该设计不但超过了龙岩烟草工业有限责任有限公司原先仓储控制系统的执行能力,而且还超过了目标值110 PLH,整体上提高了滤棒盒出人库的效率。
With the rise of modern logistics,automated three-dimensional warehouses have been quickly applied in many fields due to their advantages of fast storage speed and high degree of automation in tobacco companies.This article takes Longyan Tobacco Industry Co.,Ltd,as the research object,the efct test is conducted with the help of literature method and data analysis method to deeply study the design and implementation of the filter rod library automated three-dimensional storage control system.Judging from the final operating results,the designed capacity of the automatic three-dimensional storage control system of the filter rod library is 125.2 PLH,which not only exceeds the original storage control system's execution capacity of Longyan Tobacco Industry Co.,Ltd,but also exceeds the target value of 110 PL/H.The efficiency of the filter rod box storage is increased as a whole.
