摘要
以大型汽车部件自动化立体仓储为研究对象,根据大型汽车部件的料架传送、解垛及堆垛三个重点生产环节,确定各个环节工作节拍。根据各个环节的工作节拍,设计了大型汽车部件自动化立体仓储的实施方案,取代了由叉车传送的传统仓储方式,降低了成本,保证了生产的安全,生产效率大幅提高。实际运行结果表明,该系统满足自动化立体仓储要求,故障率低,节约了物流成本,对精益化生产、优化生产线节拍,推动汽车行业迅速发展具有重要意义。
Taking the automatic storage of large-scale automobile parts as the research object, the three key production links of the large-scale automobile parts, such as the transport, untwisting and stacking, are used to determine the working hours of each link. Based on the work cycle of each link, the implementation plan for automated three-dimensional storage of large auto parts was designed to replace the traditional storage method transmitted by forklifts, which reduced costs, ensured production safety, and greatly improved production efficiency. The actual operation results show that the system meets the requirements of automatic three-dimensional storage, the failure rate is low, and the logistics cost is saved. It is of great significance to lean production, optimize the production line beat and promote the rapid development of the automobile industry.
