摘要
提出了一种弧线等高齿高减速比准双曲面(HRH)齿轮,探讨了HRH齿轮节锥的演变以及弧线等高轮齿在齿高和齿厚方向上的演化过程。分析了HRH齿轮几何特性的演变过程及其涉及的关键因素,给出了弧线等高齿HRH齿轮节锥设计的优化方法。利用大轮齿面几何和啮合方程推导出共轭小轮的齿面方程,求出离散齿面点坐标。对大小轮轮齿实体进行了三维建模仿真,并与所加工的实体模型进行了对比分析。证明了所提出的弧线等高齿HRH齿轮在理论和实践上的可行性。
A kind of high ratio hypoid( HRH) gear with arc equal-height was proposed. The evolution of pitch cone of HRH gear and the evolutionary course of arc equal-height gear teeth in the direction of tooth height and tooth thickness were discussed. The evolutionary course of geometric characteristic of HRH gear and its key factors were analyzed. The optimization method for the design of pitch cone of equal-height HRH gear was presented. The tooth surface equation of conjugated pinion was derived from the tooth surface geometric and meshes equation of big gear. The coordinates of discrete points on tooth surface were achieved according to these equations. The three dimensional solid models and simulation of the gear teeth were performed and compared with the machined solid gears. The results prove that the proposed arc equal-height HRH gear is feasible both in theory and practice.
