摘要
弧齿锥齿轮齿面几何复杂,其齿面坐标通常是通过求解一个非线性方程组得到的。与这种方法不同,文章将弧齿锥齿轮大轮齿面方程转化为一个关于齿面坐标的一元六次方程,从而得到了弧齿锥齿轮大轮齿面坐标的的封闭解。
Gear tooth surface geometry of spiral bevel gears is complex. Their tooth surface parameters are usually determined by solving a system of nonlinear equations. A six - order polynomial equation about the gear tooth sur- face coordinates of the spiral bevel gears instead of the system of nonlinear equations is derived. In this way, a closed form solution of gear tooth surface equation is obtained.
