摘要
在现有医疗卫生综合管理平台功能基础上,普及签约家庭医生、推行分级诊疗、实现远程会诊服务,建设健康大数据服务中心。借助家庭医生与分级诊疗健康服务平台的建设,为居民缓解看病难、看病贵的问题,提供医生与患者之间有效的沟通途径;为医院提高医疗管理信息化水平,实现业务规模、质量双提升;为卫生部门提供统一数据支持,及时掌握辖区内卫生状况,提出有效的决策监管手段和宣传方式。
On the basis of functioning integrated medical and health management platform, building a health service center for universalizing the signature of family doctor, implementing graded medical services and tele-consultations. By the construction of the family doctor and graded service information platform, the problem of residents highly-costed and inaccessible medical care will be alleviated, effective communications between doctors and patients will be provided as well. The platform also upgrades the level of medical information management, business scale, and health care quality. It provides unified data support to the health department, to grasp the health status of the area in a timely manner, and put forward effective means of supervision and propaganda.
