摘要
为优化财经类院校工程管理专业课程体系,结合对中央财经大学工程管理专业学生进行专业满意度调查及毕业生访谈,得出现有课程体系存在的问题。通过比较国内标杆大学工程管理专业的培养计划与课程开设情况,全面整理工程管理专业课程体系应该包括的内容,并进行对比分析。在此基础上,本研究运用SWOT法分析财经类院校开设工程管理专业的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,提出财经类院校工程管理专业课程体系建设的侧重方向及优化建议,以能力需求为导向设计优化路径,构建形成推荐的财经类院校工程管理专业课程体系。
In order to optimize the curriculum system of Construction Management in institutions of finance and economic,problems in the existing curriculum system are obtained by conducting satisfaction survey on students at the Central University of Finance and Economics and interviews with graduates. Courses should be included are collected and analyzed by comparing curriculum system and teaching program of several qualified universities. Based on that,a SWOT analysis is employed on institutions of finance and economics establishing Construction Management profession. Optimization suggestions,optimization approaches,and a recommended curriculum system are proposed.
