摘要
为评价一种新型天麻饮品对免疫功能低下的影响,利用小鼠环磷酰胺造模法,分别对反映小鼠免疫力的血清溶血素水平和碳粒廓清指数及校正碳粒廓清指数进行测定。结果显示:不同剂量的新型天麻饮品和阳性对照药物组较环磷酰胺造模组血清溶血素水平和校正廓清指数均升高,且新型天麻饮品高剂量组较环磷酰胺造模对照组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。证明该新型天麻饮品能增强小鼠免疫力。
Objective： Effect of neotype gastrodiaelata drink on immunosuppressed mice was evaluated. Methods： Using cyclophosphamide moldle,both the immunologic level of mice serum hemolysin and the carbon clearance index were determined. The results showed treatments derived from both various amounts of neotype gastrodiaelata drinks and the positive control drug increased both the immunologic level of mice serum hemolysin and the carbon clearance index.Gastrodiaelata drink in high density presented significantly stronger influence compared with positive control drug（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions： The neotype gastrodiaelata drink could strengthen immunity in mice.
