摘要
随着需求量的增大,天麻栽培量也逐渐增多,伴随而来的还有越来越多的伪品天麻,对药物的药效影响的同时还带来较多的质量安全隐患。文章从野生和栽种天麻角度分析,天麻主要性状,并就目前常见伪品:大丽菊、紫茉莉等提出真伪鉴别方法,并对天麻在抗血栓、抗惊厥、抗血小板聚集、增强免疫力等方面药理作用进行总结。
