摘要
天麻是我国名贵的中药材之一,也是一种极其重要的药食两用植物。天麻除了具有对神经细胞损伤的保护、抗惊厥、镇静催眠等作用以外,在民间有很多种做法,用于食疗。通过对天麻药理作用的概述,详述了天麻的食用方法,并对天麻的相关保健品做了介绍,使其关于药食两用方面的报道更加详尽、系统。
Gastrodia elata B1. is one of the valuable Chinese Herbal Medicines, which is also an ex- tremely important plant that can be used either as an medicinal plant or as food. In addition to having bioactivities in protecting neurocyte, anticonvulsant, sedative and hypnotic effects, Gastrodia elata Bl. could also be used for alimentotherapy widely in folk. This paper not noly outlines the pharmacological effects of Gastrodia elata B1. , but also recounts the edible methods as well as related health care prod- ucts of C.astrodia elata BI.. This review provides more elaborate and systematical information which will be a very valuable reference.
