摘要
目的:研究动臂式塔机工作状态下,塔身非对称布置对柔性附着产生的影响。方法:提出了两种柔性附着的非对称布置方式,利用ANSYS软件分析工作状态下,不同偏心距对柔性附着产生的影响。结果:偏心距E=19m时,附着绳最大位移增加69.1%,在附着绳的影响下,回转中心位移增加15.9%。结论:非对称布置偏心距对附着绳有很大影响。
The purse is to analysis the influence of asymmetrical arrangement on the movable arm type tower crane attached rope in working condition. According to the ANSYS analysis software, we proposed asymmetric arrangement of flexible attachment two kinds of different ways, to analysis of the influence of different eccentricity to attached rope in working condition. The result is that when the eccentric distance is 19m, the maximum displacement of attached rope is increased by 69.1%, under the influence of the attached rope, the displacement of the center of rotation increases by 15.9%.The conclusion is that the eccentricity of asymmetric arrangement has a large influence on attached rope.
