摘要
目的:研究工作状态下动臂塔机非对称柔性附着对塔身产生的影响。方法:运用ANSYS分析软件,针对动臂塔机模型提出了两种不同方式的非对称布置,分析工作状态下不同偏心距对塔身产生的影响。结果:偏心距19m时,塔身最大应力增加了4.36%,最大位移增加了11.3%。结论:非对称布置偏心距对动臂塔机塔身的最大应力和最大位移影响很大。
The purse is to analysis the influence of asymmetrical arrangement attachment on the tower body of movable arm type tower crane in working condition. According to the ANSYS analysis software, we proposed asymmetric arrangement of two kinds of different ways, to analysis of the influence of different eccentricity on the tower body in working condition. The result is that when the eccentric distance is 19m, the maximum stress of diagonal arrangement is increased by 4.36%, and the maximum displacement is in- creased by 11.3%, then facing arrangement. The conclusion is that the eccentricity of asymmetric distribution has a large influence on maximum stress and maximum displacement to the tower body.
