摘要
将塔式起重机分为塔身和臂架系统2个子结构。塔身子结构采用格构式压弯结构模型,用传递矩阵法计算塔身振型函数和内力函数。对臂架系统子结构采用离散集中质量模型。根据塔身和臂架子结构的固有频率共性,利用这2个子结构结合部的动力协调条件,建立塔式起重机动力学模型并导出频率方程。这种子结构综合法可用于软附着塔机的模态分析和附着系统设计。
For easier analysis, the tower crane is divided into two parts-tower body and boom system. Model of the latticed column under compression and bending is built for the body, and the vibration model and the internal force functions of the crane body are solved by means of transfer matrix. The discrete mass model is built for the boom system. It also describes how the dynamic model of the tower crane is built by means of the dynamic compatibility of the two substructures'joints and the inherent frequencies of the two parts, and how the frequency equation is derived. Substructure synthesis method can be used to the modal analysis and attaching system design of soft-attached tower crane.
