摘要
目的探讨血液透析滤过治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取上海市电力医院和上海市同仁医院肾内科2015年7月—2016年7月收治的慢性肾衰竭患者56例r按照随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,各28例。对照组患者单纯给予常规血液透析;试验组患者采用血液透析滤过治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者的尿素氮清除率(kt/V)、右肱二头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、体质量(RBW)及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患者Kt/V、TSF、RBW高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用血液透析滤过治疗慢性肾衰竭效果良好,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemodiafiltration in the treatment of chronic renal failure . Methods A total of 56 cases of chronic renal failure were selected from July 2015 to July 2016 in Shanghai Electric Power Hospital and Shanghai Tong Ren Hospital, which were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 28 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine hemodialysis; experimental group was treated with hemodiafiltration, both groups were treated for three months. The kt/V , TSF , RBW and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group of kt/ V , TSF , RBW were higher than control group, the incidence of adverse reaction was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hemodiafiltration in the treatment of chronic renal failure has a better clinical effect, and with high safety.
