摘要
目的探讨黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病患者微量白蛋白尿的影响。方法将血压正常的65例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成缬沙坦组(32例)和联合用药组(33例)。2组均服用缬沙坦80 mg/d,疗程16周,联合用药组加用黄葵胶囊5粒口服3次/d。结果治疗16周后缬沙坦组24 h尿总蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.01),而联合用药组疗效好于缬沙坦组(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊与缬沙坦联用治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病患者能有效降低尿蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率,改善肾功能。
Objective It is to approach the influence of okra capsule combined with valsartan on change of Microalbuminuria（MAU） in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-five early diabetic nephropathy patients with normal blood pressure were randomly divided into valsartan group with 32 cases and combined group with 33 cases.The combined group was treated with valsartan 80 mg once a day and okra capsule 5 pieces three times a day by oral administration,and the valsartan group was treated with valsartan 80 mg once a day by oral administration.Sixteen weeks was a course of treatment.Results After 16 weeks treatment,the valsartan group had significantly decreased in urinary protein quantitation and urinary albumin excretion rate（P〈0.01）,but the effect of combined group was superior to the valsartan group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined valsartan with okra capsule has good effects in decreasing urinary protein quantitation and urinary albumin excretion rate and protecting the renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
