摘要
随着科学技术的日益发展,各种农业技术得以广泛应用于现代化农业生产中。采用静电技术对农产品实施分级是指根据不同物料各自的荷电特性、借助不同荷电方法对不同物料实施分离,从而达到快速对物料进行分级的目的。为此,从静电技术的主要分类入手,对当前农产品分选原理展开分析,并介绍静电技术在籽棉残膜分选及茶叶分选等方面的应用原理和分级过程,以期为开发新型农产品分级设备提供重要借鉴。
With the increasing development of science and technology, all kinds of agricultural technology is widely used in modern agricultural production. Using electrostatic technology to agricultural implement grading refers to the charged characteristics respectively according to different materials, using different methods of charged for different material sepa- ration, thus achieve the goal of quickly sorted to. Classification of improving the quality of agricultural products, agricul- tural products agricultural product market competitiveness. Starting with the main classification of electrostatic technolo- gy, this paper analyzes on the separation principle of current agricultural product in electrostatic technology seed cotton remnants the application of membrane separation, the respect such as tea sorting principle and classification process, in order to provide important reference for the development of new agricultural products classification equipment.
