摘要
为了解阔叶丰花草(Spermacoce latifolia)的化学成分,从其全株的乙醇提取物中分离得到了9个化合物.经过光谱分析,分别鉴定为:5-羟甲基糠醛(1)、豆甾醇(2)、β-胡萝卜苷(3)、丁二酸(4)、(Z)-2-乙基-3-甲基富马酸(5)、丙二酸二乙酯(6)、8,11,12-trihydroxy-9-heptadecenoic acid(7)、9,12,13-trihydroxyoctadec-7-enoic acid(8)、(9Z,12Z)-6-hydroxyoctadeca-9,12-dienoic acid(9).化合物1-9为首次从阔叶丰花草中分离获得.
In order to understand the chemical constituents of Spermacoce latifolia,nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of S. latifolia. On the basis of spectral data,their structures were identified as 5-hydroxy-methyl-2-furalclehyde( 1),stigmasterol( 2),β-daucosterol( 3),succinic acid( 4),2-ethyl-3-methylfumaric acid( 5),diethyl malonate( 6),8,11,12-trihydroxy-9-heptadecenoic acid( 7),9,12,13-trihydroxyoctadec-7-enoic acid( 8),and( 9Z,12Z)-6-hydroxyoctadeca-9,12-dienoic acid( 9).Compounds 1-9 were isolated from the S.latifolia for the first time.
