摘要 提出了一种兼顾变电站暂降严重性及装置差异的电能质量监测网络优化方法。首先,引入落雷密度、污区等级、电缆化率、额定容量等指标衡量变电站暂降严重性,采用主客观组合赋权法进行变电站暂降严重性评价,并进行等级划分。其次,根据最新电力行业标准,将监测装置按性能划分为A,B,C,D这4类。在此基础上,提出电能质量监测网络的阶段式优化方法:第1阶段,改进传统可观测区域(MRA)矩阵法,引入严重性评价值,在若干变电站配置A类监测装置,保证对全网电压暂降完全可观测;第2阶段,根据变电站严重性等级,依次配置4类监测装置,重点监测电压暂降,并兼顾其他电能质量问题。最后,通过实例仿真计算验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。 An optimization method of power quality monitoring network considering the severity of substation voltage sags and the difference of power quality monitors are put forward. Firstly, the lightning density, pollution level, cable rate, and rated capacity are introduced to measure the severity of substation voltage sags. The objective and subjective combined weighting methods are used to assess the severity of substation voltage sags and its level is classified. Based on the newest power industry standard of China, the existing power quality monitors are classified into four different levels, i. e. , A, B, C, and D. The design of power quality monitoring network is presented in stages. In the first stage, the severity of substation is introduced and the conventional monitor reach area (MRA) matrix method is improved. A type monitors are installed in some substations to ensure the voltage sags can be observed. In the second stage, different types of power quality monitors are configured based on the severity level of substations. In this way, mainly voltage sags are monitored while attending to other power quality problems. Finally, the results of simulation show the designed method has good validity and feasibility.
