现货市场是现代电力市场体系中不可或缺的环节之一,由于在电力市场化的环境下辅助服务市场在一定程度上与现货市场中的主能量市场存在耦合关系。因此,为了有序地推动电力现货市场的建设与发展,必须构建调频、备用、调压市场并研究其与现货市场之间的衔接问题。该文立足于当前国内电力市场建设的情况,对国内未来现货市场与辅助市场的衔接进行规划与设计。
The spot market is one of the indispensable links in the modern electricity market system.In the electricity market-oriented environment,the auxiliary service market is to some extent coupled with the main energy market in the spot market.Therefore,in order to promote the construction and development of the power spot market in an orderly manner,it is necessary to build a frequency modulation,reserve,and voltage regulation market and study the connection between it and the spot market.Based on the current domestic power market construction,this article plans and designs the connection between the domestic spot market and the auxiliary market in the future.
