县级公立医院入职培训体系“3+3”模式的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 为探索一套行之有效的入职培训体系,笔者结合县级公立医院特点,构建了入职培训体系的"3+3"模式。即新员工从入职到试用期满转正之前,完成3个模块、3个层级的培训和3个层面、3个阶段的效果评估。实践证明,"3+3"模式使新员工的个人发展与医院发展相适应,促进其转换角色,提升战略绩效,不断实现个人职业价值。同时,也为县级公立医院新员工入职培训提供了参考。 Based on the characters of county level public hospital, 3+3 new staff training mode has been built and applied. It means that the new staff needs to finish 3 aspects and 3 levels training and receive 3 grades effectiveness assessment during probationary period. It shows that the 3+3 training mode can match staff's personal development and hospital development, help new staff full playing their role, improve personal career and work performance. It also gives some reference for new staff training in county level public hospital.
